Meet Scholarship Winner Dylan

Dylan is from Melbourne and loves music, food and drawing. One of his favourite subjects is French, one of the main reasons he has chosen to participate in WEP's student exchange program to French-speaking Belgium.

Having studied French for four years, he is now very interested in experiencing the Belgian culture first-hand. "I would like to plunge in to the life of a Belgian family and share my knowledge of Australia with them. I want to make good friends with my family and invite them to Australia later."

2011 Winners

For French-speaking Belgium - Congratulations to Kahli from Sandringham Secondary College (VIC). Kahli enjoys French history as well as dance and art.

And for Italy - Congratulations to Steven from St. John’s Regional College (VIC). Steven competes in Italian poetry competitions and understands the value of knowing more than one language in today’s society

2010 Winners

Congratulations to Georgia from Sydney Girls High School (NSW), who will live in Rixensart (French-speaking Belgium) for a year. Georgia understands the challenge she has set herself, but is ready to embrace the Belgian culture and find her place in Belgian society.

Congratulations to Amy from Bede Polding College (QLD), who will spend 2010 living and learning in Italy. Amy is looking forward to trying traditional Italian food, making Italian 'amici' and appreciating the famous Italian art.

2009 Winners

Congratulations to Brittany from Matthew Flinders Girls College (VIC) and Eliza from Firbank Grammar School (VIC), who both spent 2009 in French-speaking Belgium.
