Homestay families
One of the most affordable options and, most importantly, the best way to discover the way of life and culture of the country you’ve chosen. Suitable for both young people and adults, homestay accommodation offers a great deal of independence.
Residence
You will be accommodated in a facility dedicated entirely or partially to hosting travellers, local students, or international students. A great way to meet other people!
Apartment
You can live alone or in an apartment shared with other people, such as other students/tenants, or even the landlord. This option offers complete independence and is therefore reserved to participants above the age of 18.
No accommodation
If you have contacts who can host you in your chosen country, or you simply prefer to arrange your own accommodation, no problem: with WEP, you can book your course without accommodation.

This way, you'll benefit from better rates, cheaper flights, and secure your place at the school and on the dates you’ve chosen. You'll also be able to complete all administrative procedures with complete peace of mind.

After you have booked online and paid a deposit of $800, we will forward your request to our partner school
Within a week, we will issue a booking confirmation, informing you of the confirmed dates for your program (course start date, accommodation dates, etc.) and the administrative formalities you will need to complete. Only then will we ask you for a 30% instalment.
It's almost time to go!
45 days before your program start date, you will need to pay the balance, after which you will receive all the details on what to expect overseas
You will find out everything you need to know about accommodation, transport, transfers (if you have requested one), arrival instructions, and much more! Then, all you have to do is wait for the day you finally get to start this new adventure.
FAQ
WEP offers overseas language study programs for students as young as young as 13, however the age limits vary from school to school.
Most schools offer courses from beginner level to advanced. At the beginning of your stay, you will sit a test to help teachers assess your current language skills and place you in the most suitable class based on your level.
The ideal duration of your language program depends on your starting language level, your learning objectives, and how much time you have available. Generally speaking, a 4-week language course is the minimum recommended duration to boost your language fluency, whereas a 3-month stay usually guarantees a significant immersion experience, and tangible progress. As a rough guide, beginners who wish to reach a pre-intermediate level will need approximately 180-200 hours of study for Spanish, French or Italian, or 300-400 hours for Korean and Japanese.
Participating in a 2- or 3-week language program is still beneficial, especially if you have studied the language before - you will get to enhance your skills in an engaging, motivating environment. Learning a language is a continuous process: regular exposure and practice, even after returning home, are essential to maintain and further improve your newly acquired competencies.

Depending on your age, you can also choose the accommodation that best suits your needs: stay with a host family for a true full immersion experience, in a residence to make friends with other international students, or in an apartment to experience more independence. Alternatively, you can arrange your own accommodation.
