Alberta / Canadian Rockies
Live and study in the Canadian Rockies during your academic year in Canada
The school district
In the heart of the mountains
Just on the edge of Banff National Park, about an hour from Calgary, the Canadian Rockies School District awaits you in a breathtaking natural setting!
Renowned as one of Alberta’s best school districts, Canadian Rockies welcomes international students to two different high schools: Banff Community High School (BCHS) in Banff, or Canmore Collegiate High School (CCHS) in Canmore. Whichever school you’re placed in, you’ll enjoy a wide range of academic and sporting options, as well as facilities such as sports halls, sports pitches, science and IT labs, recording studios and libraries…
To help international students settle in, the school district organises special activities and excursions just for them to explore the region. It’s the perfect way to make friends from all over the world!
